All three of them run Windows Phone 8. I happen to know that the HTC 8S is available in the country already. I have been unable to locate the Lumi 620, and the just-announced Huawei is arriving before the end of the month.

I am not sure how Huawei is able to pull off a price tag that is about half of what the competition is pushing for similar devices, but I am sure that very few people will complain about such a bargain. We all know that Nokia has been pushing to deliver low-cost Windows Phone 8 smartphones to emerging markets, but it looks like Huawei is beating them to it.
