After we published our list of the cheapest 4G phones in Nigeria in 2018, Mister Mobility got a request asking if he could do a follow-up of 4G mobile phones under N70000 and that had at least 3GB RAM. He accepted to have it done.
And so we have short-listed fourteen smartphones that meet that criteria. All of them offer 4G LTE support and all of them, except for one, have 3GB RAM. With 4GB RAM, the lone exception is a bargain at its price.
If you are already salivating, let’s spare you the anticipation and dive right right into the list. It is a fairly long one though. There are 14 of them and the price range is wide – all the way up from NGN29,000.

It has been a long list – a whopping 14 available 4G mobile phones under N70000. Of course, we are unable to list every smartphone in this category. If you know of any others, just add them in the comments section.
These smartphones are great bargains, whatever your budget may be. 3GB RAM is more than adequate for multi-tasking and app-switching. The great bargain here is the Gionee A1, which originally sold for over N70,000 but is now available at certain retailers for about N60,000. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, as well as Gorilla Glass protection on the screen. With a 4010 mAh battery, it does not skimp on juice either.

If you are running on a budget, LeTV/LeEco has two 4G smartphones with 3GB RAM on this list. They both cost below N35,000.
