  1. *sighs*. I’m just a bloo*y geek. On sheet, this looks great but RIM would have to make these ridiculously cheap or they can have a field day staring at my retreating backside.

  2. yah I never had a BB and am not worried. Of late I hav bn thinking of getting one and after a little research on BB I finally made up my mind to go for Bold 9780 bcos of its battery life(1500mah) the higest of all of them, then comes this one(9790) again.

Of all the post about this senior brother (bold 9790) notin has bn said about the battery life. Any person out there who knos anytin abt the battery life of this 9790? I need to make up my mind again, Thanks.

  3. Bold 9900 still at over a 100k is total rip off with that 5MP cam and small battery to mention a few; yet its so annoying I love the form factor.

If you love the Bold 9700,9650&9780 and you want that shining Operating System on the Bold 9900, then the Bold 9790 is for you.
If you want a smaller storm just go for the BlackBerry Curve 9380.
Finally, if you don’t want to confuse yourself, then stop using Bold 1-6 and just call them by their model numbers.

I think the Bold 9790 makes alot of sense and am eager to know more about the battery plus it will be cheaper.

  4. lmao @ “Finally, if you don’t want to confuse yourself, then stop using Bold 1-6 and just call them by their model numbers”
I use a 9780 and wldnt mind upgrading to this one but what’s their curse wt 5mp cameras na? When 8mp is nearing standard on high end smartphones des days? Nyway, the price is also a determining factor

  5. Am tired of this RIM people what are we doing with an 8gb memory and 687 or 512 ram when other fone are using 1gb ram and more memory space, that’s why I just can’t leave my nokia N97. I think its time the guys in rim have a rethink cos all their fone coming out the same time all have the same spec which I think is bad. They should Check out Samsung or nokia
