There was a time that BlackBerry smartphones were known for good battery life, and then they became known for poor battery life. The BlackBerry Motion leaves nothing to chances. It has a big 4,000 mAh battery – the largest ever in any BlackBerry smartphone. There is no hardware QWERTY keyboard here, so you get a full 5.5-inch LCD display.

BlackBerry Motion is a performer too, with a Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz and 4 GB of RAM. This is the modern BlackBerry for road warriors. Even more, an IP67 rating means it is protected from dust and capable of withstanding immersion in 15 cm and 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.

It will be initially available only in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, from where it will hopefully spread everywhere else on the planet.

  2. Blackberry still has a lot of work to do on their pricing. Better still make a budget phone for awareness. Very few are even aware BlackBerry has gone android.

  3. I have given up hope that BlackBerry Ltd. will ever get their pricing right. They have clearly chosen this path – the good, the bad, and the ugly.

  4. I just want to know the reason why we can’t have Blackberry Android phone in Nigeria. Ever since this brand turned into Android device. they totally forgot about us

  5. Personally, I don’t even consider BlackBerry in the scheme of things anymore. Continually churning out devices with hefty price tags as if they’re still a force to be reckoned with is laughable. Big battery or not, I’ll pass.

  6. To me, I still love Blackberry any day, anytime. Blackberry latest android phones are hell of a machine except for the pricing which they need to work on.
I would still vote for Blackberry if asked to.
