RIM have released an update for the operating system on their tablet, the PlayBook. It has been updated to version number 2.0.1.358 which sports support for Android apps along with some improvements for the browser.
Other things addressed in the update are optimisations to video chatting and Blackberry bridge applications.
RIM highlights via their blog that there are so many things that are included in the update. To update your Playbook simply go to Software Updates in the settings.

Do i still need to own a Blackberry device to use BIS on a a playbook
This one they are now supporting android apps, I hope the playbook is as secure as the regular blackberry phones oh!
