Etisalat Launches Pre-Order Campaign for Blackberry 10 with Surprise Packages

Lagos: February 11, 2013: Nigeria’s most innovative and fastest growing telecommunication company, Etisalat, today announced the launch of its pre-order campaign for the latest Blackberry Smartphones. The BlackBerry® 10 range of smartphones recently launched at an event in South Africa are re-designed, re-engineered, and re-invented BlackBerry platforms that create a new and unique mobile computing experience.

Chief Commercial Officer, Etisalat Nigeria, Wael Ammar explained that the launch of this pre-order campaign is aimed at providing Etisalat’s customers the option to be among the first owners of the Blackberry 10 Smartphones in Nigeria.

He said, “One of our core values as a business is customer centricity. This simply means taking care of our customers and providing them with superior and timely experience. Customers who pre-order for the new Blackberry 10 Smartphones will receive a surprise package. This is our way of continuously exploring innovative ways to improve the experience of our customers and to also reward them.

Lucas Dada, Etisalat’s Director of Products and Services who attended the launch event in South Africa added that the partnership with RIM in the delivery of the new Blackberry 10 to Nigeria is a demonstration of the company’s commitment to delivering cutting edge blackberry experience.

    Need they mention the surprise package? I have no doubt that the early adopters of the BB10 devices are going to receive a shocker for a surprise package.

    The preorders I believe will be to enable them estimate how the people are reacting to the new device and thus make their order accordingly. They should make it clear what people are going to get when they preorder the BB10 device rather than this marketing surprise package.
