From February 7, 2015, the Evernote app will no longer be available for download for BlackBerry 7 smartphones and Blackberry Playbook tablet. There will will not be any further updates to this version of the app, and any already installed Evernote app on BlackBerry 7 smartphones and the Playbook tablet will stop working.
Evernote pulls the plug on BlackBerry 7 and Playbook
So, if you still use a BlackBerry Bold, Curve or any of the other older models, in about two weeks from now, your Evernote app will stop working on your device. Your Evernote account will stay active and your existing notes will always be available to view and edit on the web and on other platforms. Evernote app continues to be available on BlackBerry 10, Android, iOS, and Windows devices, so if the app is critical to your work, this might be a good time to switch.
As more apps and services drop support for BlackBerry 7, the platform will eventually die off and disappear.
