Fancy a YouTube Music app? Here it is!

Because music is life, almost everyone gets their hands into music – Apple, TECNO, SOLO, and now YouTube. The new YouTube Music app lets you listen to music on Youtube. No videos. Just good old music. The YouTube Music app will let you quickly find music videos, tracks, artists and albums, as well as see all the remixes, covers, lyric videos and concert footage that YouTube has to offer.

Unfortunately, the app is available only in the US for now, though we are sure someone somewhere already has the APK for you to download.

Google says you can also amplify your experience with a YouTube Red membership. With YouTube Red (not currently available in Nigeria too), you’ll be able to listen to music offline and seamlessly switch between video or audio-only and also be able to hear any video play, even when you’re in another app or have your screen turned off.

The YouTube Music is available on the Google Play store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Google is giving the amplified experience for free for 14 days.
