  1. am using fero iris. my challenge is, the phone charges very slow. it takes about 5hours to complete a 100%. and the battery doesn’t last. I dunno if there is a factory fault in my battery or charger.. please I need advice

  2. my fero iris phone went off on its own and yet it was fully charged and now it no longer powers on nor even vibrate. I need help on how to fix it back
