To further improve the browsing safety of Google Chrome users on the internet, Google has decided to introduce Safe Browsing service for it’s Chrome users.

As a result of frequent usage of the internet and downloading, one can easily fall victim to malicious or deceptive software like download links that tend to help you download a content and then end up changing your browser’s homepage or installing unwanted software on your computer.

With the Safe browsing service, you would get a prompt warning when ever you are about using suspicious download link. However, it is left to you to decide if you still want to go ahead or not. At least this will help people whose computers are not well protected from malicious attacks or phishing scams.
