Google Pixel 4a 5G is expected to be released with the Pixel 5 anytime soon. Sources suggest that both smartphones will feature the same design as the Pixel 4a, but will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G under the hood.
Leaks from tipster @OnLeaks revealed the new renders for the Google Pixel 4a 5G. The smartphone is expected to measure 153.9×74.0×8.6mm and is slightly larger than the Pixel 4a. The general design still remains the same though, with a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner, a USB Type C port at the bottom, rear mounted fingerprint scanner, and a headphone jack on top.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G is expected to feature a 60Hz AMOLED display in the 6.1-6.2-inch range with 6GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC under the hood. It would pack a 3,800mAh battery and should come with a 128GB storage as well.
The Pixel 5 on the other hand is tipped to feature a 5.8-inch 90Hz AMOLED display with the same chipset as the Pixel 4a 5G and 8GB of RAM. It should pack a bigger battery rated 4,000mAh and also feature 128GB of onboard storage.
Both smartphones are tipped to launch on the 30th of September, with Google teasing the devices’ starting prices at $499.
