One of the best things about having a smartphone is that you can download and install good enough apps that are compatible with your phone and can also help you through the day, which brings me to the question. How many apps do you have downloaded on your phone and how many do you make use of?
Recent info-graphics from Yahoo Labs through the use of it’s Aviate launcher (which it recently acquired) shows that an average Android user has about 95 installed apps and uses about 35 in a day. With the regular usage of your most used app you are likely to have about a 100% interaction with those apps by the end of the day.
Our app usage varies as we go through the day. Usage of apps is generally at it’s highest in the evening. Productivity apps such as Opera mini, WhatsApp, Facebook along side phone calls are mostly used during the day and increases as the day goes by.
I probably have about 50 apps installed and use about 10 on a regular basis, with WhatsApp, probably being the most used. What about you? what are those apps you can’t do without?
On bb10: bbm, browser, Blaq, whatsapp, remember (notes), facebook, pictures.
