The Huawei nova 4 has a full display edge-to-edge screen and a camera hole in the top left corner. No notch. No slide-out camera. Just a hole in a corner of the display. It is a design cue from Samsung’s new Infinity-O display. But who cares who came up with the idea first?
The nova 4 will hit the streets on December 17, 2018. As can be seen from a concept render, of the phone, its back is a carbon copy of Huawei P20 Pro, so we are expecting a triple camera here too. Will this beauty be a rebadged version of the P20 Pro? Only time will tell.
There is no sign of a fingerprint scanner anywhere on the phone, so thhe Huawei nova 4 looks like it will have an in-display sensor.
How powerful is the Huawei nova 4?
It should be as powerful as any 2018 flagship out there, as it is expected to be powered by Huawei’s latest in-house chip, Hisilicon Kirin 980. We also expect it to run Android 9 Pie and EMUI 9.0 out-of-the-box.
The company has confirmed the Huawei nova 4 release date, so keep your calendar marked for December 17 for the official announcement! We will update this page with more specs and features as they become available.
