I can’t sync my Contacts on MTN Sm@rt L860

I bought this phone on the 27/04/2016 but I am unable to sync my contacts via Google (Gmail). Can someone help me out with a solution??

I’ve also discovered that the camera quality of the phone is lower than 5 MP as specified on the box. Instead, the front-facing cam is higher than the main camera.
