These days it seems we’re just reporting news on Infinix. But hey! What the heck? Following the success of their previous Hot model, Infinix has announced they sold over 150,000 units of its latest device, the Infinix Hot 2. Actual figures is 157,860 units in Nigeria. Not bad at all.

This was achieved in less than 2 months of release, and the company claims 70% of sales happened online. From our review on the Infinix HOT 2 is the Budget Nexus Redefined. The company uses online media to interact with users, like the XCLUB forum. From here, they get feedback from users which is used in software updates like we have seen on the Infinix Hot Note series.

Bruno Li country Manager said:

“My answer is customer’s participation. Infinix is not only selling devices, but the desire for its fans to build and be part of High-tech improvement”.

I hear they’re working on a browser, and they’re currently doing a survey to know what users want.
