iTel is set to launch the first fingerprint entry-level smartphone

Africa’s leading smartphone brand, itel Mobile, is set to launch its first fingerprint entry-level smartphone.

The second quarter of 2018 is starting to witness the rolling out of high-end smartphones from different OEMs in Africa such as Samsung, HTC, vivo, TECNO, OPPO and now rumour mills are starting to buzz again about a soon-to-be unveiled device from one of Africa’s leading smartphone brand, itel Mobile.

This isn’t the first time itel Mobile will be trending continuously in the rumour mills, as they have consistently reiterating their commitment to provide users with reliable, trendy and affordable devices. Interestingly, rumours have it that the mobile maker is set to launch its first fingerprint entry-level smartphone – good news for smartphone first timers.

With the pace at which security upgrades are been imputed on smartphones in recent times to prevent unauthorized access to vital files and information in devices, it would be worthy to note that itel Mobile will consider embedding a fingerprint sensor in its entry-level smartphones.

There are mulls that the device will feature Android latest optimized Operating System – Android 8.0 (Go Edition), an outstanding camera set-up, bigger screen ratio and perhaps a long-lasting battery life.

While we cannot fully validate this information at this point in time, we can only wait for the official launch when the upcoming device will be unveiled.
