2001 was the first time that I ever used a cell phone. It was a Motorola T2288 Talkabout, a dingy little phone with an external antenna, a WAP browser, and mostly basic functionality. I was fascinated by the future possibilities of mobile phones. Since then, year after year, I have owned and reviewed hundreds of mobile phones.
Listed below are most of the cell phones I have personally owned. I have broken the list into categories based on the manufacturer. For example, all the Motorola phones I have ever owned are listed together. Then all the Samsung phones are listed together, too. What is the purpose of this list? It is my own personal record, because after hundreds of phones, it is easy to to forget here and there. Also, I figure the list will interest a few people.
In all, I have owned a total of 218 mobile phones as at November 2022. Nokia G60 5G was the latest I owned at the time.
