      Goke,

From your phone, you can pay using mobile money or your bank’s mobile banking app.

So I decided to try this out, I bought 1Gb data for 600naira, paid online with my card, and it’s over 24hrs now (since Saturday 27th Jan) , I have been debited without any data.

This is fraud, people should stay away from you guys.

@Chimezie Okoro, this your comment is unfortunate.

You made an order, but failed to specify your phone number when making the order.

How would data be sent when the number is unknown?

You were immediately emailed to alert you of your omission. No response from you.

There is a phone number for you to call when there is any hitch. You could have availed yourself of this.

You did not call. You did not reply the email.

Please send the GSM number you want credited to me Ibukun Olaoya at 09036902960 or 08023888595 and you will be credited immediately .

Mobility Arena would not involve itself in any scam!

    Thank you.

Is this your best line of defence? Really? That I didn’t specify my number?
You really think I would make such a silly mistake?
I didn’t forget my email, but I successfully forgot my phone number?
You think I’m the kind of person you can intimidate online?

And what da hell are you saying about sending me an email? Quite alright I got an email after payment, and that email was PURELY a receipt for my payment, it never said anything about a missing phone number (sadly enough one cant attach images to a comment here)

You know what I think? I think you weren’t keeping an eye on your “business”, and you got on your legs after you read my complain and decided to turn the blame on me, but you failed.

Anyway, it’s just 600 naira worth of data, it’s nothing. Once again the number is 08039690547, whether you send it or not, you are seeing the last of me.

    Chinezie Okoro,

This is not about defense. It is about you omitting to specify a phone number. It is that simple.

Where exactly is the attempt at intimidation.?

You know what I think? I think you weren’t keeping an eye on your “business”, and you got on your legs after you read my complain and decided to turn the blame on me, but you failed.

You never sent your phone number. You know this.

    The email you input was

    virus.cjo [@} gmail.com

You know what I think? I think you weren’t keeping an eye on your “business”, and you got on your legs after you read my complain and decided to turn the blame on me, but you failed.

Go back and re-read my earlier post. I sent you an email immediately I noticed your phone number was missing.

What else could any human have done?

The salient question you have avoided, is, why did you not call the phone line provided, when you did not get your data, instead of making this allegation?

    Why?

You will get your data in minutes..
