RealmeOS is on the way, to replace ColorOS on Realme phones

OPPO Mobile’s sub-brand, Realme, will be getting its own custom operating system soon to replace ColorOS which it has been sharing with OPPO phones. The Android-based OS will be called Realme OS.

It is reported that the CEO of Realme India, Madhav Sheth,  confirmed that RealmeOS will be coming soon, though he offered further information or details of what to expect.

There have been rumours that Realme OS would be developed and replace ColorOS on RealMe phones. This is the first official acknowledgement of the new OS.

It is expected that the new OS will be ready before the end of 2019 or in early 2020.
