  1. Maybe it’s me but the Huawei Nexus 6P seems to be a better proposition for the price than LG’s take on the Nexus..

  2. exactly, considering the fact that this is a Nexus, there’s simply not enough phone for $380 especially since it has similar internals to LG’s previous Nexus offering, the 2 year old Nexus 5

  3. I laugh – checked the Google Play store, the 5X was in stock, but the 6P was already out of stock 🙂

Personally I prefer the 5X but I will sit and wait and watch.

  4. lol, you really prefer the 5x? IMO apart from the smaller size (which is a matter of choice really) and the price, there’s nothing to prefer

  5. For the price I believe the Nexus 5X is seriously under featured compared to other similar products for instance the Moto X Pure Edition, with the only thing going for it being the fact of it being a Nexus device, now the Nexus 6P that’s one heck of a sweet phone out there..

  6. And therein lies the operative word – preference.

I’m not a fan of big phones, the size of the 5X suits me and I can still fit it into my jeans pockets. I can afford to play the waiting game with this one.

  7. that’s acceptable, it just seems that the smaller size and lower price are the only upsides, the tradeoffs are too many IMO (less RAM, less ROM)
