Nokia 7 Plus Unboxing Photos and First Impressions

I doubt that I have held a 6-inch smartphone since the Infinix Zero 4 Plus. But now, I have another here – the Nokia 7 Plus. And this is one finely-crafted work of art. The last 6-inch Nokia smartphone I have held was the Lumia 1520, reviewed HERE. It is my pleasure to present MobilityArena’s Nokia 7 Plus unboxing.

The Nokia 7 Plus is HMD Global’s first bezel-less smartphone and the display has an 18:9 aspect ratio as well. The body is made of aluminium unibody with a ceramic texture coating and copper trimmings that give the phone a striking appearance.

Nokia 7 Plus Unboxing: First Impressions

My first impressions? The Nokia 7 Plus is beautiful, feels sturdy, and performs well. Immediately after I was done powering it up and setting it up, it prompted me for a software update. That is one really attractive thing about the phone – stock Android 8 Oreo with speedy updates guaranteed for two years. So the Nokia 7 Plus should get Android P and Android Q updates shortly after they are released.

I will have a definite verdict about this fine phone after I have used it for a while. That’s how we roll here at MobilityArena. Hang around.

  1. I want this phone so bad.
I honestly think it’s a better purchase than the Nokia 8 Sirocco.
