We were just talking about how battery life is the new revolution in smartphones. The Gionee Marathon M5 held the record of 6,000 mAh till now, but we are already seeing a prototype packing a whopping 10,000mAh battery. That is the same capacity as the OnePlus powerbank which we are currently reviewing.
This new heavy-hitter is from a relatively unknown Chinese manufacturer named Oukitel. Little else is know about the device except that it will run Android 5.1 Lollipop (Update: the model name is K10000). Here is a leaked photo from the manufacturer:
It doesn’t look as bad (read: gargantuan) as you probably thought it would; does it? We are looking at perhaps a five days of use on a full charge? What do you think? Would you like to own something like this?
