Opera Mini 6.5 for Java, Symbian, BlackBerry, and iOS

Opera Software has announced the availability of Opera Mini 6.5. This latest version of the server compression based browser is available for java-compatible phones, as well as smartphones running Symbian, BlackBerry and iOS.

Opera Mobile 11.5 has also been released for Symbian users.

    i can corroborate that – on the Nokia 5800

    was actually hoping this release would address that problem,.

  2. loads of improvements for Me,eh with operaMini6.5, the 6.1 kept reopening old pages but this doesn’t have that bug. Displays my web bookmarks too, but it’s a more ram hungry.

  3. Downloading it now… Operamini 6.5.1 has also been made available to android devices today, so head straight to the android market.

  4. Been using the UC browser for some hours and i think its quite good as well. May be not as fast as opera sha, but its close. Very close. I also think the prints and images are sharper on the UC browser. Will be keeping it as an alternative to my opera mini. Thanks Eye.Bee.Kay
