Hi, I currently use the PS2, acquired in Dec. 2019. However, the phone’s call app, message app and phone book, are all unusable as they keep closing when activated. I reverted to factory reset twice but after downloading some apps needed, the same problem sets in again. I dont want to flash the phone, any help please??? Thanks.
