  1. A 2GB RAM and 16GB storage phone for N53,000? 😲 This doesn’t sound good. I like the fact that this phone support Glo 4G band 28(700) but that price isn’t decent enough for such device.

  2. I agree totally. These days a minimum of 4 and preferably 6GB of RAM is required. Even for non-Android or iOS devices. The choice to go with minimal work-horsepower will severely damage the marketing, IMHO.

  3. You both do realize that the Pinephone is basically still an extremely helpful dev platform.

    Also in regards to the Ram amount, 3GB is the max for the Allwinner A64. And something else of note: pine64 uses the Allwinner A64 in a few of its products, so they already have experience with it. If you don’t like it, get a librem 5.
