Cloud downloading is one feature I love so much. It is a service that lets you download files to a cloud storage account. UC Browser once had the feature – UDisk – see the review here. Sadly, they plan to shut it down soonest. I was glad to discover a similar feature in Puffin browser.
Thanks to a comment from Adithya, I tried out Puffin browser and discovered it has similar (even better) cloud downloading compared to what UDisk offered. While on Puffin browser, click on a file to download it. Three options will show up – see screenshot below.
Device: Choose this if you want to download directly to your device’s internal storage or SD card.
Dropbox: Choose this if you want to download the file to your Dropbox account. Initially, you will be required to sign in.
Google Drive: Choose this if you want to download the file to your Google Drive account. Signing in is essential the first time.
For free users, Dropbox offers 3 GB space, Google Drive offers 15 GB, so there’s lots of space to temporarily store files before downloading them.

Thanks for the tip. They are doing Olympic bonanza so I went for the Pro version for 99 cents. The browser is kinda slow is scrolling though. Maybe I’ll tweak the setting later.

I use https://transfercloud.io to download the cloud; can manage multiple boxes by amalgamating the different storages.
Thanks for the info
Why use a diff browser when you can just use a cloud downloader. I use https://bitport.io , super simple
