With Samsung, the updates seem to never stop rolling in, as another mid-range device from the South Korean tech company, the Samsung Galaxy A30s, is now receiving Android 10 updates.

The update to Android 10 comes with the One UI 2.0 and the March 2020 security patch. The new firmware version is A307FNXXU2BTD1, this update has already started rolling out in a number of regions like Russia, Malaysia, the UAE, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.

The base version number of the new build is BTD1. This update, which comes as a 1.5GB over-the-air download, is available for several regional models of the smartphone (SM-A307FN/GN/GT) except the American variant SM-A307G.

The updates will roll out in batches, with a number of regions set to get the new updates for the A30s later than others. However, users can get ahead of the queue and download the updated builds from the Samsung update server with tools like Frija.

For users who are in the regions already receiving the updates and are yet to get a notification, they could simply go to Settings>Software Update then click on Download and Install.

With this rollout, the Samsung Galaxy A30s joins other Galaxy A devices that have already received updates such as the A10 and the A30.
