When activated, the Alt Z Life lets users switch between personal and public modes for chat apps, gallery, social media accounts and more. It also has a secure folder that lets users store extremely sensitive information. Users can activate this feature by double tapping the side button on their device.

Samsung has also updated its Messages app, with a new feature that allows users call a pre-configured SOS contact in emergency cases. This feature also lets users share their location every 30 minutes for 24 hours.

This update is currently being rolled out in batches, so it may get to some regions later than others. You can check out for this update on your device (if you have a Samsung Galaxy M31s) in the settings menu.
