The long awaited Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is now official. It packs most of the value of the Galaxy S21 at a more pocket-friendly price point.
Just so you understand things better, Samsung uses the “Fan Edition” or “FE” naming system to indicate a model that has nearly everything the main model, in this case Galaxy S21, offers at a lower price.
Samsung chose this naming scheme to replace the former “Lite” naming scheme. It sounds cooler and does not give the impression that the phone is inferior.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G has a Snapdragon 888 processor, so it is not lacking in the performance department. That chipset is coupled with options of 6 GB and 8 GB RAM, and there are options of 128 GB and 256 GB storage. All of these are flagship worthy specs.
