The new Samsung foldable clamshell phone, set to be unveiled on the 11th of February has sensationally had some of its specs leaked online. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip leaked specs that have surfaced on the internet say the new Samsung foldable phone may not have a particularly strong battery.
In a series of tweets from XDA Developers’ Max Weinbach, the Samsung phone is set to come with a 3,300mAh battery and will have a Snapdragon 855 chipset. This could be a bother for Samsung lovers, as a 3,300mAh battery may not be particularly strong enough to sustain a Snapdragon 855 chipset.
The phone will also feature an ultra-thin glass and plastic for the display to provide extra protection. The ultra-thin glass and plastic combination will prevent the display from getting badly affected in event of an accidental scratch. In event of a scratch, the plastic will protect the display from any damage or wrinkles.
The phone is also rumored to come with a 6.7-inch display, 256GB of in-built storage, a 12-megapixel main camera with a selfie camera having a 10-megapixel lens. The phone may come in shades of purple and black.
Some rumours say that the device may go for as low as $860 while others put it to as much as $1,374, it remains to be seen what the official price will be when it is unveiled on the 11th of February.
