Samsung has announced plans to launch new payment options in its Samsung Apps store. Basically, apps purchases can be charged directly to the user’s phone bill or to the balance on the user’s SIM card.
Rollout should start April 28, and launch in the UK and other countries such as Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Ukraine, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and India.
samsung come oooonnnn…..lets have nigeria in that list please!
Hmmm the last time I checked there are very few apps in the samsung app store, or am I mistaken?
Am not impressed.
They are rolling out new payment plans for paid apps in other countries yet in nigeria, they refuse us access to paid apps in the store. Should I shout DISCRIMINATION or simply ignore them?
All I want is for Google and Apple to allow us to buy apps from their Apps Stores.
Kudos to Nokia and RIM.
