Taking a screenshot on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch is easy. You need two buttons – the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. Follow the steps outlined below to capture screenshots on your iOS device.
Take Screenshot On iPhone Or Other iOS Device In 3 Easy Steps
- Open to the app, menu or page that you want to take a screenshot of
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device along with the Home button at the same time
- The screenshot is taken. You will notice a brief flash of white on the screen
To find your screenshot, go to the Photos app > Albums and tap Screenshots. You can share any screenshots you have taken via email, messaging, social media and other apps/services available on your phone. Of course, you can also trim and edit your screenshots using the built-in image editor or any 3rd party editing app from the Apple Store.
