Two days ago, I wrote on the Daily Trust’s news report that the NCC committee on communications endorsed the recent data price hike. The newspaper has published an update to say that the Senate did no such thing.
From the Daily Trust update on the story:
NCC in a rejoinder signed by its Director of Public Affairs Tony Ojobo yesterday said Senator Solomon Olamilekan, who led a Senate committee on a visit to the commission Tuesday only commended NCC for suspending the proposed data price floor.
