What do you do when you get to a point where you have to choose between your ideals (what you love doing, how you love doing things, etc) and popular demand? Making a choice can be tasking. While you would love to stay true to yourself, popular demand is an indicator of a potentially huge income and growth for your business, product or service. On the flip hand, while income generation and profit making is essential to any business, it is also important not to lose oneself (or the soul of your business) to the winds and sands of popular demand.
It is a dilemma that every entrepreneur faces at more than one point in time. How you deal with it is entirely up to you, but I believe that the best approach is to attempt to strike a balance between the two points. Some innovative thinking can help you walk the tight rope.
And if you make a decision and it backfires, get back up and try again. You don’t want to know how many decisions I have taken that did backfire. But I am still here hustling…. Chase your dreams. Face your dilemmas.
