Alex and Luis Perez are a developer team who have been producing Windows Phone apps for a while. In a surprising twist, this developer team claim that they make more money from their Windows Phone apps than from the Android platform. With them, they develop for Windows Phone first and other platforms come after. They have clocked over 2.2 million total downloads for their Windows Phone Store. Not too shabby. Here is a quote from them:
“For us, Windows Phone makes more revenue than any other platform. We did a comparison, and for every $3 we would make on Android, we made $100 on Windows Phone.”
“When we develop an app, first it will be on Windows Phone and Windows 8, and then we will think about merging them on other platforms.”
Surprising? Or maybe not so. What is your take?

I’m not doubting them , better application cost little or nothing on android.
Not at all surprising for a couple of reasons, 1. Play store is saturated with a lot of apps so choices abound, 2. Piracy is the norm in the android space.
