UCWeb, makers of UC Browser just recently released a memory optimizer called UC Cleaner. Like every other cleaner app, It cleans up junk files, free up RAM, boost memory and manage your apps. It also monitors in the background to warn you of exceeding certain limits of RAM and internal storage.
The app does just what is says and comes at just 1.3 MB file size. The app is free and works without ads.
