TCL Communication is the company behind Alcatel and BlackBerry mobile devices. TCL also acquired the Palm brand in 2014, though we are yet to see any devices under that brand. The North america President and GM, Steve Cistulli, teased fans with a short video of the yet to be released BlackBerry Mercury.
