There are times when your iPhone or iPad might not get a network signal. A lot of things can cause this problem, from poor network connectivity in your location to problems with your device itself. Also, it might be that your network settings are not correct, in which case you need to reset them. Here are steps to reset network settings on iPhone and iPad:
- Go to Settings>General.
- Scroll down to Reset. This is the bottom option on that page.
- Scroll down and select Reset Network Settings.
- Input your device passcode if you have one, otherwise you will be prompted to confirm the reset operation. When you do that, you just have t wait a little while for your network settings to reset.
Note that this will only affect your network settings, which include your WiFi settings and cellular network configurations. All your other settings will remain intact.
