I was introduced to the Samsung C100 – by chance – by a sales girl – me having gone in search of a particular mobile phone make and model without success. My attention was drawn to this nice looking phone on the shelf.
Form Factor
The C100 was obviously designed with people who love to make a fashion statement out of everything in mind. The phone is very slim and light. Without doubt, it is a beautiful phone.
Display
You will enjoy the sharp, high resolution 65,536-colour screen. It does not fade in the sun, and you can actually use it as an emergency flashlight in the dark.
Audio Quality & Polyphonic Ringtones
Call quality is superb. The caller’s voice is heard loud and clear. One of the features that really rock on the Samsung C100 are the life-like polyphonic ringtones. My daughter dances each time the tones are played to her hearing. And I must say that the tones are really loud.
Signal Reception
When it comes to signal power, this phone delivers. The network connection is really stable.
Messaging
While the Samsung C100 supports SMS and EMS, in my opinion, the lack of an MMS client is a strong shortcoming of the phone. I submit that a phone of this class should have an MMS client built-in.
WAP Browser
With its built-in GPRS class 8 (4+1) and WAP 1.2.1 browsers, those who enjoy the intrigue of technology on the go will not be disappointed.
Conclusion on the Samsung C100
Verdict: Kudos to Samsung for the job they did on this beautiful piece.

Very nice and compact phone. Way better than the iphone trash that people buy these days.
