The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core has been launched in India as the latest offering from the South Korean tech company. This device is a rebranded version of the Galaxy A01 Core which was launched earlier in Indonesia.
This dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone is built around a 5.3-inch HD+ TFT display and runs the Android Go with One UI on top. This OS brings a Dark Mode integration that features Intelligent Inputs and Photos.
Under the hood, the MediaTek 6739 SoC keeps this device running and works in tandem with 2GB of RAM. There is also 32GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD and this device packs a 3,000mAh battery that is tipped to deliver 11 hours of backup on a single charge.
In the camera department, an 8MP sensor alongside an LED flash in the rear take care of photographs and videos. Up front, a 5MP selfie camera handles video calls and selfies.
The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core is available in two storage variants, a 1GB+16GB option that costs $73 and a 2GB+32GB model that costs $86. It is available in Black, Blue and Red colour options and will go on sale in India from the 29th of July 2020. There are no reports yet regarding when this device will reach other markets.
