Imagine a short superhero movie series by Joshua Umi, a 17 year old Nigerian. The movie is named after the American superhero, Flash and Akenzua Secondary School in Benin, Edo State, Nigeria where the creator schools working with a group of friends. It is an all-student production affair.
Say Hello To “Akenzua Flash”
The interesting part to us here at MobilityArena.com is that, according to Joshua, “Akenzua Flash” was shot on a BlackBerry Bold. Of course, editing and effects were not done on the Bold, but on a PC.
Visit Filmic Star Production’s Youtube Channel to watch the trailers in the series. In the meantime, enjoy one of the clips in the series. The effects are not mind-blowing, but they are better than most that I have seen in commercial Nollywood movies.
