Have you ever been in a WhatsApp group, someone shares a link, then suddenly you realize you cannot click on the links? You see them appearing like plain messages. This forces one to copy and paste the links elsewhere for them to be click-able. It’s hard to say what causes this, so it was gladdening to finally find a solution to this problem.
First thing you can do is to copy and paste the link on the group chat, it will become click-able. You can also install a clipboard app, paste the link there, and follow it up.
Credits to the Geek Group, we discovered a lasting solution.
Enter the WhatsApp Group details, look for the Group Admin, then save his/her phone number as contact. You can also do the same for a few other contacts in the group. The dead links issue will definitely stop.
