DISHFIRE is a covert global surveillance collection system and database run by the United States of America’s National Security Agency (NSA) that collects hundreds of millions of text messages on a daily basis from around the world, with the United Kingdom’s Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) having full access to the mined info.
The NSA is required to delete innocent texts involving Americans from the system but can store texts for foreign phone numbers for far longer.
There is PRISM. There is DISHFIRE. What else exists out there? Yes, the Matrix grows larger.
