If you are interested in Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus performance benchmarks, we have the Exynos 9 Octa version here at MobilityArena and bring you details.
I realise that when you are talking about a top dog phone like the Galaxy S9+, performance is the least of your worries. Using it in real life, everything flies faster than you have seen on almost all other phones you have handled. There is no question about the S9+’s abilities.
As such, this article is more of an enthusiast thing than of a real need to see how well it performs. You know: one of those things we do just because.

It is also important to note that there are two variants of the S9+. One variant targeted at the USA and China markets is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor. The other variant targets Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and is powered by an Exynos 9810 processor.
The processor is clocked at 2.7GHz and there is a lots of RAM – 6GB.
The variant we have here is the latter, which is also referred to as Galaxy S9+ Exynos 9 Octa. At the moment, our unit runs Android 8.0 with June 2018 security patch.
Having said all of that, we can proceed to the performance benchmarks proper.
Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Performance Benchmarks
We downloaded our three musketeers, Geekbench, AnTuTu and 3DMark mobile apps, and gave them a spin on the Galaxy S9+. What scores did we get? Have a look at our Samsung Galaxy S9+ performance benchmark results:
- Geekbench 4: 3656 Single. 9007 Multi
- AnTuTu 7: 250,250
- 3DMark Sling Shot Extreme – OpenGL ES 3.1: 3316
From the performance benchmark results we have seen of the Samsung Galaxy S9+ (S845) variant, we doubt that anyone will notice any difference in performance between the two in everyday use. Regardless of which Galaxy S9+ variant you opt to buy, you will be holding one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, Android smartphone off 2018 in your hands.
And lest I forget; the Galaxy S9+ Exynos 9 Octa does not heat up under heavy use. It handles it business quite well without a fuss. It is safe to say that the Samsung Galaxy S9+ performance is top-notch. Toodles.
