Just days after reporting the release of the new K-series, reports of a new LG device have surfaced online. This comes with leaked renders of the LG V60 ThinQ which surfaced online a while ago.
This device, according to reports was set to be released at the Mobile World Congress, but with the cancellation of the event, uncertainty surrounded the release of this device, and the time period it would be released.
The LG V60 ThinQ, which is expected to support 5G technology is rumoured to come with a “detachable” second screen. This one-of-a-kind feature is something we would definitely be eager to see and understand how it works.
The phone’s design shares similarities with its predecessor, and is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 865 chipset. This device is rumoured to have a quad-camera setup and is said to house an enormous 5000mAh battery, which can conveniently power the device beyond a day.
The LG V60 ThinQ should retain the headphone jack, although a number of other smartphone makers are already doing away with it. Rumors say that the device may finally be released in March, but with no official reports from the South Korean company, we best keep our fingers crossed and wait to see how this device would be and what features it would possess.
