OPPO A93 has been released as the latest mid-range smartphone from the Chinese company. This new addition to the OPPO A-series joins the A92 which launched in May. The OPPO A93 launched with four rear cameras and a 4,000mAh battery and is a rebrand of the F17 Pro.
The OPPO A93 runs the Android 10-based ColorOS7.2 and is built around a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display (1080×2400 pixels) with a dual-punch hole to accommodate dual-selfie cameras. Under the hood, a 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 chipset is hooked to 8GB of RAM. The OPPO A93 launched with 128GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD card.
In the camera department, the A93 boasts a quad-rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, a 2MP mono sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front, a 16MP selfie snapper is paired with a 2MP depth sensor that takes care of video chats and selfies.
The OPPO A93 launched with a sensible 4,000mAh battery pack that supports fast charging at 18W. It is priced at VND 7,490,000 (approximately $322) and offers only one storage variant, an 8GB+128GB variant. It is available in two different colour options, Black and Magical White and is expected to be announced in Malaysia on the 6th of October.
