Ever since their entrance in the smartphone industry, Tecno has always had something new and exciting up their sleeves. Last year saw the launch of two of their most popular devices in Nigeria so far, the Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 plus. It looks like they are not resting on their laurels, however. Right now there are a series of concept images for what could become the next Tecno flagship device, the Tecno Camon C10.
Tecno is taking a break from their custom of releasing four flagship devices per year. It appears like this year they will release just three. However, the first one is rumored to be in line for release in the next two months. Also, from what we have gathered so far, this looks to be an absolute monster of a smartphone.
The biggest new feature is the presence of four cameras, two on both the front and the back of the device. While there has not been any official statement on what exactly these camera specifications will be, we can expect each of these cameras to be 16 MP each. That’s a total of 36 MP on both sides. Needless to say, the Camon C10 will be a camera phone like no other. Whatever the rumors say, we can expect an absolutely fantastic camera experience with the device.
Furthermore, according to the concept designs currently making the rounds online, the Camon C10 might be slimmer than its predecessors. Also, the device sorts a sleek, curvy and classy design, and it will come in a variety of colors. These colors would include Manchester City Blue (in homage to the company’s partnership with the Premier League club), to Champagne Gold, to black.
One more key feature with the device will be the sound. Tecno has a history of smartphones with great sound quality. The Camon C10 looks like it won’t be any different. In fact, the concept photos show it sporting a speaker grille from the side of the device. That’s similar to the Boom series. Well, all these are just rumors for now. We will know for sure if the device has all these features when Tecno releases it.
