The 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A12 has shown up on a Bluetooth certification site, suggesting that this device may be released soon. This smartphone bears the model number SM-A125F_DSN and is expected to run the Android 10 out of the box.
This smartphone is also tipped to have the Helio P35 SoC under the hood and feature 3GB of RAM. Renders of this smartphone have surfaced online, suggesting that we may see quad rear cameras, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 5G was recently spotted on the company’s Russian website, bearing the same model number as the one found on its Bluetooth listing. It markedly bears a resemblance to the higher-end A42, which was announced in October.
An earlier report concerning this smartphone in August suggested that the Samsung Galaxy A12 5G may launch with a 32GB variant and a 64GB variant, it also suggested that we may see different RAM variants and a variety of colour shades.
Although there is no definite time frame from the South Korean company concerning this smartphone, it is expected to launch before the end of the year or very early in 2021.
