Samsung has made a pretty strong start to the year, with a number of updates for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and the S9 series. Today, the Samsung Galaxy A6 has started getting the latest Android 10 updates.
The Galaxy A6, alongside the Galaxy A70s have started receiving the latest Android 10 updates in France, with these updates expected to spread to a number of other markets in the next few weeks.
The update with firmware version A600FNXXU5CTB9 will also include the March 2020 Android security patch. The update is expected to bring a number of changes to the Android 10 such as a refreshed UI design, more emojis, newer UI navigation gestures and a number of other changes.
For residents of France, you can access this update through a pop-up notification on your device, or you can check manually by going to Settings, then click on Software Update, go to Download and install on device. You can also download the complete firmware (which is around 3.5GB) through the Samsung firmware archive.
With a number of older Samsung phones receiving these updates, Samsung users should definitely be on the look out for improved updates from the South Korean tech company.
