Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ have been unveiled as some of the newest devices to join Samsung’s growing collection of the Galaxy Tabs. The Galaxy Tab S7 features an LCD display panel while the Galaxy Tab S7+ has a Super AMOLED display. Both devices feature quadruple speakers tuned by AKG and also include the Dolby Atmos surround sound technology. The Samsung Galaxy Tab series comes in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi+4G as well as Wi-Fi+5G connectivity options.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 20 runs the Android 10. It is built around an 11-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) LTPS TFT display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and a 274ppi pixel density.

Under the hood, the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC keeps this smartphone ticking, it works in tandem with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD card to 1TB. This chipset offers 5G support, with other connectivity options including Wi-Fi 6, 4G (optional), Bluetooth v 5.0, GPS/A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

In the camera department, a dual-rear camera setup that houses a 13MP primary sensor is assisted by a 5MP secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens which take care of photography duty. This camera setup also includes an LED flash that comes with autofocus support. Up front, an 8MP selfie camera takes care of video calls and selfies.

This tablet packs an 8,000mAh battery that supports fast charging and is touted to deliver around three hours of video playback on a single charge. It also has an improved S pen stylus with a latency of 9 milliseconds, while featuring a Microsoft Office stylus integration that lets users convert hand-written notes to a Word or PowerPoint file.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is available in three colour options: Mystic Black, Mystic Silver and Mystic Bronze colours. This tab comes in two variants, a 4G and 5G variant. The 5G variant has two storage models, a 6GB+128GB model that costs $828 (€699) and an 8GB+256GB model that sells for $923 (€779). The 4G variant also has the same storage models and is priced slightly higher than the 5G models.

This device measures 253.8×165.3×6.3 mm and weighs 498 grams. It is expected to go on sale from the 21st of August in select markets.

This tablet features the same Android 10 like the Galaxy Tab S7 but has a different display, as it features a 12.4-inch WQXGA+ (2,800×1,752 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 287ppi pixel density. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC, and is paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of onboard storage that can be expanded via microSD card support to 1TB.

In terms of optics, this device features the same dual-rear camera setup found in its sibling device. Up front, an 8MP camera takes care of selfies and video calls.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ features an S pen stylus as well as features like Second Screen and Microsoft Office integration. This tablet offers a 10,090mAh battery that supports fast charging at 45W.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ is priced at $1,065 (€899) for the 6GB+128GB model and $1,159 (€979) for the 8GB+256GB model. Its 5G model is priced at $1,302 (€1,099) for the 6GB+128GB model and $1,396 (€1,179) for the higher end 8GB+256GB model.

This device measures 285×185×5.7 mm and weighs 575 grams, while offering the same colour options as the Galaxy Tab S7. It is expected to go on sale from the 21st of August in select markets.
